Delivery Time & Fees
We ship worldwide.

Standard delivery is free throughout Europe.

To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing, in addition to the delivery time for the selected shipping method.

Free standard delivery in Europe: 2 to 6 business days.

International shipping outside Europe is charged at €20 / $23 and delivery times vary between 4 and 12 business days depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and peak periods.

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for additional delays due to customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

You can also track your order via your customer account on our website.

To check if a modification is possible, contact our customer service at hello@mitsioswimwear.com with your order number.

Please note that any order prepared or shipped from our warehouse cannot be modified.

If you're not available to receive your package at the given address, a delivery notice will be left and you can arrange another attempt or pick up your parcel at a collection point. If you experience a delivery issue (e.g. damaged product, lost package, etc.), please contact our customer service at hello@mitsioswimwear.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure a satisfactory solution.
