We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

Standard France (Mainland) Free: 3 to 5 business days.
Express France: 1 to 2 business days.

For the European Union
Standard delivery: €12
Express delivery: €20

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for additional delays due to customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Please note that any order prepared or shipped from our warehouse cannot be modified.

If you're not available to receive your package at the given address, a delivery notice will be left and you can arrange another attempt or pick up your parcel at a collection point. If you experience a delivery issue (e.g. damaged product, lost package, etc.), please contact our customer service at hello@mitsioswimwear.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure a satisfactory solution.
