RETURN POLICY

We hope you are fully satisfied with your Mitsio purchase. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygiene liners intact. We recommend wearing underwear when trying on swimwear.

We will not accept returns that do not meet the above requirements, and the package will be returned at your expense. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All returns must include proof of shipment with a tracking number to ensure a refund.

> Refund: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or there was an error on our part. Gift cards are non-refundable.

> Exchange: You may exchange a product for another size or color.

  • Send your return request to hello@mitsioswimwear.com with your order number and the item you wish to return, specifying whether it's for an exchange, a refund, or store credit.
  • You will receive a return slip by email.
  • Use the box from your original order and attach the shipping label.
  • Keep the proof of shipment.
  • Once your return has been received and processed, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
