MITSIO attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and your personal data ("Data"). This Privacy Policy governs the use of your data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force at European level.

To process your orders, we collect the following information: Title, Last name, First name, Home address (delivery and billing), Postcode, City, Country, Email address and Phone. Your Data is processed confidentially and is used exclusively for managing, preparing and shipping your swimwear, issuing your invoices, customer service follow-up (exchanges and returns), and sending our VIP offers.

3. Data sharing and security

MITSIO undertakes never to sell or rent your data to third parties. Your Data is only transmitted to our partners essential for the execution of the sale: the carrier (e.g. La Poste, Correos, Colissimo) to deliver your parcel, and the secure Stripe platform for card payment. Your bank details are encrypted and managed 100% by Stripe; they never pass through our site.

We use cookies to identify you and keep your shopping basket active, and analyse visit statistics anonymously (via Google Analytics or WooCommerce) in order to improve the store.
